Design Korea 2007 Secretariat works with the outstanding hotels
around the conference venue to offer the participants and
exhibitiors the lowest rate possible. Participants are kindly
advised to book hotle reservations before November 20th, 2007.
Afterward, there's possibility of room shortage.

DEPOSIT AND CONFIRMATION
To secure room reservation, all reservations must be guaranteed
by deposit of one night payment or credit card information must
be given. All hotel carges guaranteed by credit card information
will be settled when checking out. The credit card information will
be used to guarantee your room reservation only.
However, if you cannot give your credit card information,
you should forward one night's deposit by bank transfer to
the Registration and Housing Office to secure your room reservation.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Any Changes and cancellations should be notified in writing at lest
3 days prior to your arrival date to hotle directly.
(Cancellations can be made up until 7 days prior to arrival for
Casavaille Samsung Residence and Ramada Seoul) in case of
no show, your one night deposit will not be refunded.
